What the calculator assumes

48-hour proof turnaround. The content/payment cutoff has been moved earlier from the older 24-hour schedule so proofing does not squeeze final approval or production.

Payment secures the project. An unpaid project is not considered on the production schedule.

All required information must be received by the cutoff. Missing information can move the order into rush/availability review.

Shipping uses expedited 2-day service. Weekend carrier availability can require an earlier production date.
