Turnaround & Proofs

Your project timeline begins after all required content and payment have been received.

Standard first-proof turnaround is 48 hours after Serenity Impressions receives all required content, photos, details, and payment.
Incomplete or late information may delay the proof and can move the order into rush or availability review.
The planned in-hand date is the day before the funeral or service whenever the schedule allows.

Two rounds of revisions are included with each custom obituary design.

Two revision rounds are included.
Minor revisions after the included rounds are $10.
Moderate revisions are $35.
Major revisions or substantial redesigns begin at $60 and may require a new turnaround estimate.
A revision round should be sent as one complete list whenever possible.

Nothing goes to print until the most recent proof is approved for production.

The designated family contact is responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, service details, photos, and all other content before approval.
Once final approval is given, the approved proof is treated as print-ready.
To protect the production schedule, Serenity Impressions may proceed with the most recently approved or revised proof when necessary to meet the agreed deadline.

Production begins after final approval and the remaining balance is paid.

Standard print production is generally 1–2 business days after final approval.
Production timing can vary based on quantity, finishing, paper upgrades, specialty items, and current workload.
Changes requested after printing begins may require reprinting and additional charges.

Orders are scheduled to arrive before the service whenever carrier timing permits.

Standard expedited shipping is generally 2–3 business days.
Weekend or holiday delivery depends on carrier availability and may require an earlier production date.
Local St. Louis delivery or handoff may be available depending on the order and schedule.
Serenity Impressions avoids USPS for time-sensitive obituary shipments when possible.

Rush service is based on availability and begins only after complete content is received.

3 business days: no rush fee.
48-hour rush: $75.
24-hour rush: $150.
Same-day rush: $225.
Rush acceptance depends on workload, content readiness, product type, quantity, and delivery requirements.

Your order is not secured on the production schedule until the required payment is received.

A deposit or required payment secures the project slot.
The remaining balance must be paid before printing begins.
Unpaid orders are not considered confirmed for production.
Rush fees, shipping, specialty materials, and add-ons are charged in addition to the base order when applicable.

One designated person should communicate revisions and approvals on behalf of the family.

Serenity Impressions works through one primary family contact whenever possible.
The primary contact should combine family feedback into one revision list.
Conflicting instructions from multiple family members can delay the project.

Files supplied for printing must meet production requirements.

If a client-supplied Canva, Photoshop, AI-generated, or other file is not print-ready, file-preparation service may be required before printing.
Prep My Design for Print is available as an add-on for client-supplied files.
Additional setup may be required for AI-generated artwork or files that need reconstruction, resizing, bleed, color, or resolution corrections.

Digital products and QR experiences are separate from printed materials unless included in the selected package.

Forever Memorial Pages, QR flipbooks, digital obituary access, and related services may be purchased separately or as add-ons.
Digital memorial availability continues for the operational lifetime of the Serenity memorial platform; Serenity does not describe this as a guaranteed lifetime hosting term.
Families are responsible for supplying accurate content, images, links, donation information, and service details used on digital memorials.
