Serenity Impressions is committed to professional, high-quality memorial and design services. We carefully review each project, but the client is the final authority on the accuracy of names, dates, photographs, obituary wording, service details, tributes, scripture selections, punctuation, spelling, and layout before approval.
Before approving your design, review every page and every detail. Pay special attention to names, dates, relationships, service information, addresses, photographs, scriptures, acknowledgments, and any wording supplied by the family.
Once you give final approval, Serenity Impressions will treat the most recent approved proof as ready for printing, production, or digital delivery.
If an error was visible in the approved proof but was not reported before approval, Serenity Impressions is not responsible for the cost of reprinting or replacing the finished product. Any requested reprint may require additional payment.
Rush, last-minute, same-day, or shortened revision schedules increase the chance that a detail can be overlooked. The client is still responsible for reviewing and approving the proof before production.
Standard first-proof turnaround is 48 hours after all required content, photographs, service information, and required payment are received. Late or incomplete content may move the order into rush or availability review.
Two rounds of revisions are included with custom obituary design. Families should send revisions as one complete list whenever possible. Additional or substantial revisions may require added fees and additional time.
When a deadline is approaching, Serenity Impressions may proceed with the most recently approved or revised proof in order to protect the agreed production and delivery schedule.
One designated family representative should provide revisions and final approval. Conflicting instructions from multiple people can delay the project and increase the chance of errors.
